Digital Services

Our digital services include, but are not limited to:

Once work has started, refunds may be limited because significant time and resources are invested in each project.

If no work has begun, you may contact us to request a cancellation and discuss your options.


Online Quran Academy

Students may request to discontinue classes at any time.

Monthly tuition covers reserved class times and teacher availability.

If a student decides to stop attending after the billing period has started, refunds are generally not provided for the remaining classes in that billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

If MapleCrew Canada is unable to provide the agreed service, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, such as rescheduling, a replacement teacher where available, or another appropriate resolution.


Home & Professional Services

Refund eligibility for home and professional services depends on:

• Service completion status

• Nature of the issue

• Applicable agreements

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.


Project Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation before work begins.

If work has already started, any refund will be assessed based on the work completed, project stage, and resources already used.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable once delivered or substantially completed:

• Completed design work

• Completed websites

• Completed digital marketing deliverables

• Delivered digital files

• Consultation services already provided
